Or, if it's some kinda sibling fight for fun, just escalate yourself to admin again using an exploit :3.

You can run it just fine, It runs very well on my desktop (except windows is in the virtualbox, and the host is ubuntu!) Wine will work

i tried i thought of everything but he knows what i am going to try

he made a bios password
he made it so it only boots from the hard drive
he hid any op system discs
he put parental controls so i can't access any website i want (the ones it blocks are usually hack sites and those are normall where you find admin hacks)

So unfortunately that means the only way i can get admin is to buy a new hard drive which is kinda hard for a 12 year old

i could do some stuff with getting to admin but it requires some cheap tricks like a keylogger, registry or stuff like that.... i do a lot of this but under the table stuff.

There is almost always a way to get around Windows security measures, as Windows is quite insecure xD.

I know quite a few tricks myself to escalate to admin (My school literally paid me to find vulnerabilities and virus clean their servers :3), but I won't post them here as they can be used for illegal activity. Also, there's not really a reason for you to exploit - your brother would just act if you suddenly had admin privileges :P.

I think you should talk to your brother instead, if he's restricting what he shouldn't.

And if that doesn't work, challenge him to a one-on-one Cobalt deathmatch, where if you win, he stops bugging you. Then play on a map where you have an unfair advantage that no one would know about.

Or just be pro at the game :P?

If he's new, he won't know about the dark arts of rolling!

Yes, but what if the condition for his bro winning was something terrible? Like uninstalling Cobalt?

There would be no room for error.

Wait. He has his own computer? Tell your parents that he doesn't need to be anywhere near your computer, that he should fix what he did, and he should stick to his own crap. He's basically being a bully, and what he did is comparable to if you had bought a puppy and he took it's food and threw it away out of spite.
Your problem isn't that you need a linux wrapper, it's that your brother's being a jerk.

(calming down)

If what I said doesn't work, give me your brother's email adress, Facebook, all that stuff. I, and probably many others, will spam him for the rest of his life.

Why are you and your parents letting him run roughshod on your computer? What you need to do is:
-convince your parents to get him to fix things
-use a library/school computer to fix things or
-find a friend who is willing to hack for your

 Do the same or simular to his computer or something he really likes and force him to change yours.

:) Contact someone at school who either is good with technology and can solve it.

 Or like a school nurse... tell her how your brother is bullying you and your parents dont understand the pain he suffers you. (we are talking not beeing able to play Cobalt here!)

Good luck! Seems like your borther is a bully. :/
